The stuff in a garden store may not be full spectrum, and in fact may just
emphasize blue. However, on one of my posts above, if you go to the
website, you can find one that screws into a regular light socket, for
$16.00. I'd call that a bargain, considering the seriousness of the
problem. It is also small enough you could sit it on an office desk as you
do your day's work.
