Every word Christ spoke to His Twelve Disciples was a commandment.

You're now claiming that God made a mistake! If any "circumstances
changed", God would have known long before they changed and accounted for
it.
Neither God nor Christ made any mistakes, and they didn't need to change any
laws, for any reason.

God made no mistakes. Christ repeated numerous times that He didn't come to
change the law so that BONEHEADS like you might eventually get the picture:
"Does this mean that we do away with the law by this faith? No, not at all;
instead we uphold the law", Romans 3:31. "And it is easier for heaven and
earth to pass, than one tittle of the law to fail", Luke 16:17. "Do not
think that I came to annul the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to annul,
but to [fully uphold it]", Matthew 5:17.
Christ didn't admit that He made a mistake or change His mind when He said:
"And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name
among all nations". ALL He did was instruct His Disciples to go to the
Israelites "scattered abroad", and ONLY the Israelites [read: "Then opened
he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures"] to tell
them the TRUTH about Christ, His genealogy [read: His "father" or ancestry],
and the reason the jews crucified Him.

No. The word "tribes" in James 1:1 "James,2385 a servant1401 of God2316
and2532 of the Lord2962 Jesus2424 Christ,5547 to the3588 twelve1427
tribes5443 which3588 are scattered abroad,1722, 1290 greeting.5463" is
translated from the Greek word "phule" which means RACE, not nation.
G5443
?????
phule?
foo-lay'
>From G5453 (compare G5444); an offshoot, that is, race or clan: - kindred,
tribe.
This would be just like saying that there are no longer any niggers in the
US because they're all scattered all over the place, or there are no longer
any jews in the world because they're scattered all over the world, or that
next year when all the jews are in Madagascar that there are no longer any
jews just because we no longer hear their amoral anti-Christian message
every second of the day, or that there are no longer any Hispanics because
there are more in Mexico than in Spain.

Christ commanded him and ALL of His Twelve Disciples, not just one of them,
to: "Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the
Samaritans enter ye not: But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of
Israel. And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand".
This meant ALL of them, and it meant FOREVER, and it meant He didn't make a
mistake, and it meant that you can't change His Word.

God's

He didn't have to. It was understood. The Old Testament is just a part of
what His Twelve Disciples understood about the history of the Israelite
Race.
>> >or wreck the Twelve Tribes of Israel

Miscegenating with niggers would be one example. Letting jews into the
congregation of the LORD would be a better example. Letting them stay in
this Christian nation would be the classic mistake.

This isn't "new". Kicking out the niggers, jews, other riff-raff, along
with their niglet mamzers, was a favorite Israelite past-time, for
millennia. Putting away "foreign wives", intentionally placing Hittite
officers in a deadly place on the battlefield and impregnating their wives,
destroying their enemies' sheep, children, wives, cats, mice, and temples,
was a bit more than just a past-time.
Christ told YOU directly "Do not think that I came to annul the Law or the
Prophets; I did not come to annul, but to [fully uphold it]", yet here you
are, doing just that.
