Hi. I'm a new guy here. Thought I'd put in my 2 cents worth on this subject.
Genetic memory would only work for important things. Various experiences in
a persons life are stepping stones to a larger more important "lesson" to be
learned by a person. That lesson is specific to the individual, the
personality. The events leading up to that goal lesson are not important,
only the lesson itself. It would be difficult if not impossible to recall
every experience, or even a few of them, without causing a state of mass
confusion in the next incarnation, possibly even insanity. It is better that
we do not recall past experiences with any degree of clarity. It is better
to live this incarnation and learn the things we need to learn now than to
dwell on experiences from a previous incarnation.
To summarize: It is unlikely that you or anyone will remember what lesson(s)
you learned in a previous incarnation. You are, however, reaping the
benefits, or paying the price, of those lessons in this incarnation.
