Only those who advocate white superiority, and are willing to engage in mass
murder of and deprivation of human rights to all others whom they label a
"different race" or who oppose them politically. Believing the ideas of the
Christian Identity cult, having a preoccupation with race, and anti-Semitism
are strong indicators.
I doubt that any member of the current Bush government nor Republican members
either house of Congress meets these criteria. Few would be considered
"liberal" by anyone; neither would any be considered Nazis. Ashcroft HAS
been compared to Stalin and Hitler by some libertarians, however.
