The TIMSS-R score says nothing about IQ since it is not an IQ test.

The Israeli kids did better than we did on some of those questions, and on at
least one question they did better than all the kids in the world.

Not dumb at all, and probably smarter than you, since we have no evidence
that you could even score 300 on TIMSS.

We know nothing at all about Einstein from TIMSS.  Einstein did not take
TIMSS.
