My name is Rose Dawn Scott, and I am the Resources Director for Andrew
Vachss' website, The Zero (http://www.vachss.com).
I am writing in response to a Usenet post that you forwarded to the
site, regarding some links posted on a variety of newsgroups including
links to the website.
Mr. Vachss does not maintain an online presence (thus the reply from
me), but I have known and worked with him for many years, and can tell
you that you are absolutely correct when you state that Mr. Vachss does
not promote the idea of the inferiority of women in any way.
With regard to the website, The Zero's position is one of advocacy for
those who have been victimized, without regard to respective genders of
victims and perpetrators. The links quoted seem to have been
selectively chosen, and not representative in any way of The Zero as a
whole.
