NO, the dam. stupid jews falsified the ENTIRE 1995 test, got caught at it,
so they didn't get away with it a second time in 1999.

Their total TIMSS Math score in 1995 was 522, but then it "inexplicbly"
plunged to 466 by 1999, something that no other country in the entire study
ever experienced.  This is an impossible 56 point drop.  Is it at all
possible that their scores actually dropped by this much in only 4 years?
Absolutely not.  The only other country which came even close to such a
wholesale plunge in scores was South Africa, whose reporting methods were
questioned in 1995, and whose scores in 1999 are probably more accurate and
honest.

So this score on H04 isn't just a long pole in a short tent--it's a pole
sticking through the top of the tent with a huge red flag attached to it.
