The following is obviously way beyond the ability of Shallow Dancer to
understand, but it's reposted just to set the record straight.

We could have fun with this one. Let me break down what Shallow Dunce has
accused men of:
1. Dead beat dads
2. Physical and sexual abusers
3. Pedophiles
4. Men who walk out on their families causinf welfare.
5. Priests molesting children
6. The consequences of being raised without her father.
The first one is concerned with dead beat dads. The fact is there are very
few "dead beat" dads. The term was used to politicize and ram through USC 42
Subd. 666; the so-called "deadbeat dad law." The real purpose of this law
was to lay the ground work for tracking every American citizen including
women. The State of Alabama used the deadbeat dad argument in attempting to
get Social Security numbers on every citizens driver's licenses. The New
Hire Directive Service (NHDS) was subsequently formed where it required all
employers to report all new hires to the government. Of course, this was to
find those "dang-darn deadbeat dads, don'cha know?" Instead, the real pupose
had everything to do with the strengthening the IRS's capability of tracking
for taxation puposes. It also strengthened the use of the Social Security
number as the sole identifier for finding work. Yes, it is true you don't
need a Social Security number to work, but try finding a job without it is
another matter. The Fair Debt Collection Act allowed credit bureaus to be
established like Equifax, Experion, and TransUnion. They rely on Social
Security numbers to identify every American. You cannot borrow without a
Social Security number. USC 42 subd. 666 allowed the federal government to
usurp freedoms from every American citizen. Every state qualifies for
federal subsidies (monies) if they meet the federal guidelines of
establishing a statewide computer system and created the required statutes
and state-wide policies for making it mandatory for child support is paid
through the state system. Once achieved, the states would receive federal
monies based on the amount of child support brought in. You can guess, what
the local, county and state did to bring in more federal money. All too many
decent loving fathers were ordered to pay child support far above their
means. Too many businesses and careers have been destroyed by the oppressive
system. In addition, lawyers all to often attempt to polarize troubled
marriages instead of fixing them. This is because it is far more profitable
for them to have acrimonious parties, than friendly ones. Organizations like
"Marriage Savers" have a 70 to 95 percent success rate in healing troubled
marriages. Lawyers in reality work for the State. Corpus Juris Secondum
outlines the lawyers allegance and it is indeed first to the court, then the
state, and public policy before the client. In addition, misandry minded
feminist and lesbians run battered women's shelters. There are, in my view,
a surprisingly high number of jewesses in the social service field. The
sexist "battered women's" laws are found throughout the state statutes,
which discriminate against men. In contrast, one can look at the federal
code USC 1301(d) which states:
"Nothing in this Act shall be construed as authorizing any Federal official,
agent, or representative, in carrying out any of the provisions of this Act,
to take charge of any child over the objection of either of the parents of
such child, or of the person standing in loco parentis to such child."
This little known code is ignored by family court referees and magistrates
alike. The real purpose for government involvement is to recoup public money
from an "absent" parent as a result of the mother and child being on public
assistance (welfare). "Absent" parent has a legal definition that is
contrary to how the system applies it. To recoup public money from a
correctly defined absent parent makes perfect sense to me. However, better
than 65 percent of women who receive HHS assistance have never been on
public assistance (welfare) or are not about to go on public assistance.
Nevertheless, they apply anyway to gain a tyrannical hand against their
spouse. HHS, in turns, accepts these fraudulant applications because the
child support brings in addtional monies to them from the federal
government. In North Dakota for example, it is estimated for every dollar of
child support there is 3.5 dollars of federal money that the state qualifies
for. Where does the federal goivernment get this money? Obviously, it comes
from raising taxes and borrowing money from the Federal Reserve. This
effects EVERYONE. All of these factors have taken away a lot of our freedoms
and these so-called "deadbeat dads" are being legally created to feed the
system. So, you feminists have have stolen from everyone on the account of a
very few.
