If it is "up to God", then it is not science. You cannot test it (God
specifically has warned against our attempting to test God; see Job),a nd you
cannot make useful specific predictions, based on "up to God".
Indeed it doesn't even meet your definition of "systematic study". How can
one systematically study unique and nonrepeatable events?
