'moving away from' what Jesus taught, even on The Cross, 'Crucifies' Jesus
all over again, doesn't it?

Yup.

fact is, anyone who does this or that which is =merely= unfamiliar within
the experience of others, tends to get 'crucified', even in our 'modern
times'.

Jesus Understood this. such Understanding =permeates= everything Jesus
Taught.

He came to humanity, anyway, Understanding all that's inherent.

even His Rejection.

even His Crucifixion.

and, in such Full-Knowing, He [God [I Believe]] =Chose= the Jews.

'move away from' God's Choice, yet 'believe' one 'moves toward' God?

doesn't compute.

yes, the same dynamics still constitute the Central 'dilemma' within human
affiars.

folks 'move toward' that which, through experience, has become merely
familiar, and, groups, having experienced differentially, 'move away from'
differentially, depending upon what's in each group's merely-familiar stuff.

but, look and see, Jesus met all of such head-on, and, Lovingly, cast it
into the Nothingness of Hell, on behalf of =all= people, everywhere.

it's Good to take it to 'heart'.

the only opportunity for Humanity's Survival derives in this One-Thing.

"Love your enemies."

"Do good to those who persecute you."

"Turn the other cheek."

"Go the extra mile."

~"Give 'em your shirt, too."

"Blessed are you when all persecute you for my name's sake."

"Blessed are the poor in spirit.'

"Blessed are the peacemakers."

and, so forth.

look and see. Jesus was talking from His 'Heart', and He =Meant= what He
Said.

we must not Crucify Him, over and over again, through 'moving away from'
Him, over and over again.

'move toward'.

voila!

the 'problem' stuff 'goes away'.
