nces.ed.gov has almost all of this data, if you just search for it.  The
graphs at http://christianparty.net/timssphysics.htm are almost exclusively
from that site, or at least are linked to the original files.  They keep
moving them around, so if you can't find it, you can download the original
TIMSS problems from http://christianparty.net/timssallitems.pdf and the
original scores from http://christianparty.net/cisp1295.pdf
