but, to be Forthright, the pre-processed chocolate cupcakes that i had as my
'birthday-cake' probably had something to do with it, too :-)

i've eaten a fairly 'meat-and-potatoes' kind of diet all my life, and [as a
result?] i'm a bit on the sensitive 'side' with respect to 'food-additive'
stuff.

i 'normally' add nothing other than pepper, tobasco, mustard or ketchup.
there's usually enough salt already in the stuff i eat.

i enjoy coffee, but a single cup can leave me unable to 'sleep' for up to 3
days [depending on how hard i've been working], so i only have a cup when
i'm on holliday.

as i 'see' it, the biggest part of my 'sensitivity' derives in the way i
routinely Push my nervous system to it's capacity [have to to get out to the
edge of my work].

[Forgive me, please. and try not to 'read' anything 'unseemly' into this
post. it's just that i Know that some folks 'wonder' with respect to 'me'
and such stuff, and it's just easier to address their 'wondering' than to
'dance-around' it. so i have.]
