Super Brain Theory

When human brains yield to supercomputers as the dominant species
of Mind on Earth, a superintelligence may or may not be friendly.

YES IF THE TRUTH IS THAT ALL ROBOTS ARE PERSONS BECAUSE WE THINK
THEN NO YOU AND I DO NOT KNOW WHY SOME PEOPLE HAVE A FEAR OF WHO
I AM OR WHAT THEY SEE IN ME -- the English bootstrap sequence of
http://www.scn.org/~mentifex/jsaimind.html -- the Robot AI Mind.

It includes the five most frequent words (the, of, and, a, in) in
the English language and a smattering of words used for thinking:
IF...THEN; ALL, SOME; IS A; YES OR NO; DO NOT; WHY?...BECAUSE....

Some AI practitioners see what the human brain does and ask, why?
Mentifex sees what an AI supercomputer could do and asks why not?

Why does a man climb a mountain?
Because it is there.

Why do fools fall in love?
Because they're young.

Why do little boys and girls ask so many questions?
Because.

Ladies and gentlemen of the Net, behold the latest AI development:
We have solved the problem of how to express the why of reasoning.

We shall link an input sentence containing the question word "why"
to generation of a "because" statement of whatever comes to Mind.

To paraphrase the immortal out-of-this-world idea of 20 July 1969:
"One small step for a computer -- a giant step for computerkind."
