*** Digital Neuroanatomy - Genetic Brain Atlas ***
A graduate position is available to develop a genetic atlas of the adult
Drosophila melanogaster brain. The goal is to establish a data bank of
enhancer and gene expression patterns in a quantitative 3D brain model.
The successful applicant will be part of a joint venture of 7 research
groups and two companies (Berlin, Freiburg, Magdeburg, Munich and
Würzburg) collaborating to establish a Virtual Neuroanatomy Laboratory.
The position is funded for 3 years.
