I have cultured some primary neurons from P5 rat
hippocampus, with Neural basal containing B27, bFGF,
glutamaxin as culture medium. On 3DIV, I found many
cluster cellualr islands. I think the density of cells
might be too high (400/mm2). Is anyone has good ideas
of avoiding cells cluster?
