If the blue transition is in the eye then that transition process might be
regarded as relevant.
If wishing to contemplate if magically blue can be transformed, it would take
someone in magig who knows how to go translink energies with another brain and
who can shunt to blue,
and then maybe a person who turned blind later and can recognize blue (or
several at different times).
Not unhealthy machines.
And this stuff can be discussed with persons of magic, and I do not find neuro
there relevant, they plain do not understand enough about magic perception in
the first place, that is also why they keep ignroing very much the magic
systems and a lot have some neuron fix instead,
and also where I come from it tends to be agreed by science and by magic that
science is to stay out of magic.
That is one of the few things where I heard them vehemently have that opinion
and in that way agree on something rater vehemently.
That is the way things are also traditionally where I am from.
Anyway, don't think you are the only one who had the idea that colours might be
perceived nevertheless, you just have a different way and a different target
group.
But the idea as such is not knew that there might be colour perceptions
possible without the common transition being there / functional.
And the colours do not have to be blue or yellow, though there were 2 different
blues and one yellow in magic that I found interesting, but there are also
differently generated sorts of violet/lila just for one example ...
If you did "it" with a machine or/and someone who usually can not perceive
certain colours,
and you feel like discussing the results,
then maybe list them better instead of grumping around as if no one else ever
had the idea that colour perception might also be possible without the
transitions in the usual place for usual seeing colours.
