I think your best bet would be to take yourself over to the
friendly but somewhat high-volume newsgroup alt.support.autism.

There you will find many knowledgeable, nice, weird, eccentric
adult Aspies posting, as well as NT and "perhaps-not-so-NT" folks
that can provide you with links, tips about books, opinions, etc.

A good place to start your quest into Aspie-land on the web would
