I'm interested in any suggestions for antibodies which recognize mouse
cells following their transplantation into rat tissue. The
transplantation is of murine embryonic stem cells into rat central
nervous system. We understand that some conventional markers are not
suitable for use with neural cells or undifferentiated cells. We have
the cells GFP tagged but we'd like to verify the identity of the
transplanted cells without relying on the GFP alone. Any ideas welcome.
