Old journal papers: Hubel & Weisel.....

I am sorry you misinterpreted my post.  I didn't mean to imply that you
were incapable of figuring out how a library works.  It is just that some
libraries, especially those in academic institutions or hospitals,  require
special permission for outsiders to use.  Some have open shelves so
you can just browse directly and some have closed shelves requiring you
to submit a request to a librarian.

The fact that you asked where to get the papers seemed to suggest
that you were not familiar with how to access the material.
