Dear Colleagues!
Cortex is activated by lightstimulation of retina (n.Opticus) - as known.
Cortex is also activated by "purely" mentalacts like visualization (active
imagination).
Cortex influences retina retrogradely when stimulated by retinal activity
but also independenly from retinal activity.
Now:
Does anybody know, if retina is showing activity corresponding to pure
mental visualization, and if so: what comes first - the retinal or the
cortical activity?
