You can find a nice map in Lovallo (1997). Stress & Health, page 83 and 95.
If you want I could scna them for you, perhaps they are not exactly what
you're searching for, but I've often tried to find something similar, and
this is the best I came up with.

Unless you are searching for the inner-workings of specific behaviors, such
as startle or freezing. Those maps are readily available.
