You can heat it a little bit to help get it into solution, but don't let
the heat get too high (i.e. over 65 degrees C) or you will turn some of it
into formic acid. Another option is to put in a little bit of sodium
hydroxide. Once again, only a touch so that you don't alter the pH too
much. And always make sure to pH it before use.
The best thing to do is to just let it stir for a few hours. Filter it
before use to remove any remaining PF that hasn't gone into solution.
