Greetings,
I heard about the death of the former child star recently, due to
complications surrounding her anorexia, and part of the report referred to
her having been given brain surgery in an attempt to get her eating again.
The report made reference to this as a surgery "sometimes used as a last
resort in cases of severe clinical depression". My curiosity piqued, I did a
search on it, but found nothing. I just want to know what kind of surgery
that is. I'm intrigued. Can anyone here tell me?
