role of thalamus in intellectual development

I would not bet the arm chair on that the "higher" should have the
"..." (referring apart from importance
for example to the motor cortex, ... not to forget apart from angles
the straita and other areas). And certainly WE do not presume that
intellect develops as a response to generalized stimulation, though
some stimulations can increase the intellects of oneself and, if one
were to count the limited thinking capacities of the sequencer as
intellect (I am not sure I would) those of it.

However
> thalamic participation in (...) relay
& possibly other areas that else might have developed skills and
maybe hardware alterations & capacities this way maybe not having
done so, I have been thinking about a bit, too.

Then again not perceiving the person and not into shareware ranges,
and also and not observing sequencer, own and frontal capacities
I find such a bit too remote anyway.
Apart from that eve if someone were to get pretty well what is
damaged, what would that fix?
