Unusual Child Problem: Pulling hair out

Disclaimer: I am a student and not qualified to give advice, what I
present is my opinion.

Sounds to me like a compulsive behavior. I would definitly see a
mental health professional. There are medications that can help but I
really doubt they would be prescribed to a four year old child. 
	I think it is very likely that shee will have other compulsive
behaviors as she gets older.
