I have a colleague that has severe pain in the coccyx region associated
with pain down both legs (more on the left). No numbness or paresthesias.
The pain is dull in nature. He has a history of herniation of L2 and L3.
The pain began a few days ago and has been progressing in severity. Any
ideas on the ddx?
