the news, today, spoke of Government plans to 'monitor' computer newtorks
robustly.
it was not 'news' to me. such robust 'monitoring' has been in-place for
years... the 'difficulty', inherent, is that the 'folks' who do the
'monitoring' haven't the foggiest idea with respect to what they've actually
been doing.
my read is that, if WWIII happens, it'll because, in their ignorance, these
'folks' will have precipitated it.
