I'd like to see this legally tested. It is my understanding that if I have
copyright over some material, no-one can distribute it in any way without
specific permissions.

What I'm getting at, is that if I send some work to someone to proofread, I
don't believe they have the right to sell or publish that material without
my specific sayso.
