Mr. Rosen is incorrect. not only do the rules for discovering Truth now
exist, they are available to all, and are readily, if arduously, followed,
with discovery guaranteed... although, that which will be discovered is not,
apriori, 'knowable'... but this isn't a 'deficiency'... Truth is, regardless
of what any preconceived notions of what it 'must be' 'dictate that it must
be', Truth is, regardless.
