If you had an omnipotent God then it would probably have to be an
ego-trip thing. Worship isn't worth much to anyone if it comes from
automatons programed to worship.

I think I'm more comfortable with a kind of manager-god just barely
holding the whole thing from falling appart. Maybe the Hindu's have the
best idea with separate gods for creator, maintainer and destroyer.
