Its been outlined numerous times.
They need to enlarge the scope and recognize
the corruptedness of "modern" scientific approaches,
squarely oriented on maximization of efficiency
on a machine level and a few other things.
They need to find the roots of joy, fulfillment,
purpose and intent.
Untill it all reconciles from the most fundamental
criterias at least, they have no chance.

You WILL find the words once things become a little clearer.
The reason you can't find the words is that it does not quite

Find, but optimism is the same belief.
Sooner or later you need to find the basis for that optimism.

Then you need to define "smart enough".
You think you are not "smart enough" as you are?
Then you need to look at guilt issues.

Well, the BIG difference is prolematic in itself,
and it is not even clear difference according to whose
interests, etc.

Ok, we'll do what we can.
