Epidural minipack system1 for CNSF drainage

We use Portex epidural minipack system1 to drain CNS-fluid excess after
craniotomy. System is inserted as in epidural anesthesia and the filter is
replaced with standard (Intrafix) infusion system and with empty transfer
pack. When a patient is up (sitting or walking) the infusion system is
closed to prevent too much CNS-fluid to come out.
The problem is that the blue connector which tightens to edpidural catheter,
loosens easily and/or is too tight, and the CNSF comes out of the connector.
I´ve tried many different tape and dressing-systems to optimize connection;
but since these systems are sometimes held for many days, the connection
will loose in most cases (system is checked in ev´ry shift).

I don´t know if there are any other systems to epidural drainage.
I´ve also had same kind of difficulties with the connector in intensive
care, when system is used for epidural anesthesia or pain medication. Though
in that context loose or too tight connection occurs only occasionally,
since system is usually taped on the shoulder. Any ideas?
