There certainly are, although I don't know exactly where. I can be of no
help about Dr. Epstein, but perhaps talking with neuroscientists here would
be useful--colleagues must see him at conferences; someone here might know
him. To pursue this end, I recommend that the first poster (Jan) call
"Doktordienst", a free telephone service geared toward matching patients
with the right kind of care. They have databases of all the medical centers,
hospitals, etc. Again, I don't have the number on hand, but I know it's in
the phone book (or at least it's in the Amsterdam phone book--but the
service is country-wide). They could probably steer Jan to a major
neuroscience center, anyway. Sorry I can't be of more help.
