Hi, Dag.
For folks interested, see "Ratchet-Pawling" in both the hippocampal and
basal ganglia "supersystem configuration mechanisms", and the "passive",
but enormous, convergence with respect to such in the cerebellum, AoK,
Ap5. Higher "level" refinement via the mechanism of volition, AoK, Ap7.
The "rythms" are "just" secondary observables correlated to the
convergence upon TD E/I(min). The rythms "bottom" out in a frequency
range be-cause the TD E/I(up) "background" that's constantly being
generated by the "protopathic system" (reticular system), AoK, Ap3, Ap5,
Ap7, Ap8.
The important stuff is the convergence upon TD E/I-minimized neural
activation states... "finitization", AoK, Ap4.
Cheers, Dag, ken collins
