Should get to the other articles.

Various nerve damage is spoken of from dental work.

An aneurism at the trigeminal nerve ganglion was one problem. Maybe 
activation of herpes is another. Does alcohol in the injection worsen risks?

Searching Medline perhaps poor circulation worsens likelihood of nerve 
damge from local anesthetic, aprt from diabetes.
