It is probably easier in some ways to compare performance (on specific
tasks) than specific architectural features. For example, reference has
frequently been made to how 'slow' human neurons are relative to
electronic switching, but the operation of neurons is not the same as
that of switches. Besides, there are many (!) neurons in (for example)
a human brain and their interconnection and organization is not
completely understood.
