You see numbers every so often, but mostly they're off the cuff and
not very reasonable. My own very rough estimate, based on counting
memory elements and guessing their individual capacity, is about 1 -
10 terabytes of memory. Speed is much more problematic, because it
isn't even clear what the appropriate units are -- nobody has yet come
up with a benchmark for the brain! It might perhaps be possible to
estimate the bandwidth of the "memory bus".
