Assume the following:
A projectile, say a bullet, enters a human being near or around the C7-T1
levels of the vertebrae; it exits somewhere near the middle of the subject's
throat. Does anyone here think it is possible, perhaps thru stimulation of the
brachial plexus nerves, that one can see a visible involuntary reaction within
1/18 to 1/9 of a second immediately after impact? Does anyone think this is
likely?
