INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE - CALL FOR PAPERS
ASPIRE has announced a major International Conference to be held in
Dublin, Ireland on 26th and 27th November, 1998. The conference will be
sponsored by ASPIRE : HORIZON Ltd, which is supported by the European
Social Fund.
The subject of the conference will be Diagnosis, Treatment, Training and
Employment for high functioning adults with a mental illness a
development disability or an acquired brain injury. The conference is
targeted at doctors, psychologists and care workers in these fields.
Three broad topic streams are planned and proposals are invited for
presentations or workshop facilitation in each of these areas :
Personal Development / Planning
Pre-employment Training
Models of Employment
