No you guys get vistations. But there are European abduction reports.

Like all theories, sleep phenomena can account for some, but not all
incidents of "alleged alien abduction". The other side of this coin is the
fact that the people who have put it forward have no medical or clinical
psychology backgrounds.
Dr Jouvet's work is good, but it doesn't explain all of the claims.
