Hi!
i'm looking for a protocol to make olfactory bulb synaptosomes in order to
purify the membrane fraction. it would be appreciated to distinguish the
mitral synaptosomes from the other ones, if possible.
the synaptosomes will be use only for western blotting, so they don't need
to be intact and working for release
