Please send four copies of an extended summary (no more than 6 pages)      
describing the methodology and/or results by Dec. 15, 1997 to the          
appropriate address above.  Notification of acceptance (please provide 
email address or fax number) by Feb. 1, 1998.  Camera ready articles by 
March 31, 1998.  A collection of best papers will be published in an 
archival Journal and an Award will be given to each best paper per
