SCOPE OF SYMPOSIA: The joint Symposia on Intelligence and systems offer

having as goals the development of methodologies and tools for the solution
of complex problems in neuroscience and biology, automation and robotics,
image, speech and natural languages, and their integration.

describing the methodology and/or results by Dec. 15, 1997 to the
appropriate address above. Notification of acceptance (please provide
email address or fax number) by Feb. 1, 1998. Camera ready articles by
March 31, 1998. A collection of best papers will be published in an
archival Journal and an Award will be given to each best paper per
Symposium as well.
