ENGINEERING MANAGER: The X-ray Engineering Manager will have global
responsibility for all technical aspects of the Division. Reporting to
the Vice President & General Manager, this key person will play an
active role in creating the strategy and tactics to help grow the
Division. International experience and a proven successful track record
are extremely important. Will have P&L responsibility. The ideal
candidate would be highly credentialed in the field and bring a vision
for the future. The candidate should have experience in outsourcing
concepts, ISO 9001 and TQM. Also should be comfortable with a
high-growth and fast-changing environment. The candidate should posses
the ability to attract, manage, and motivate a group of 100 employees.
Advance degrees and knowledge of Malcolm Baldrige processes are a plus.
