Tremendous opportunity for the right person.  Excellent salary and
benefits.  Busy neuromonitoring practice in Philadelphia area has an
opening for an intraoperative monitoring specialist.  Knowledge of
neurophysiology, electronics, computers desireable, OR experience even more
so.  There is some opportunity for clinically-oriented research.  However,
the main qualifications are 
1)good clinical judgement, or the willingness and ability to develop it
2)willingness to operate as an independent professional, while cooperating
with colleagues, doctors and hospital personnel.
3)Commitment to technical, clinical, and ethical excellence.

We monitor nervous system function in over 2000 surgical cases per year,
using EEG, EMG, and evoked potentials.  Our staff includes some of the
outstanding people in this profession, and our standards of quality and
professionalism are the highest.
