reality orientation therapy, that kind of stuff? enhancing memory
in mild alzheimer's patients with mnemonics, and use of external
memory aids like computers, notebooks, etc? these spring to mind
as a psychological approach to helping people with dementia
(usually mild dementia) which could operate in a "clinic". talk
to a clinical psychologist!
