...there's no easy answer... whole memories are not stored... rather, minimal
data is stored, and memory is accessed in a way that uses the stored minimal
data to reconstruct the "memory"... my personal experience is that there's no
limit... that there's always "room" for more... the only things close to
constituting "limits" occur with respect to memory-addressing "time"
constraints... and such amount to "addressing-horsepower" limits, rather than
meomoy-capacity limits... ie, one cannot recall everything one's experienced in
a second... unless, I've heard tell, one is in the act of witnessing one's
violent demise... "life flashing before one's eyes"... don't care to do that
experiment :-)
