A while ago there was a posting requesting information relating to
neurogenesis and the analysis of this by using BrDU in preference to
autoradiography. Can anyone provide me with some references or
personal experiences relating to the above, particularly the events
up to and including terminal mitosis and the question of further
differentiation and/or commitment at this stage. I am in need of more
refs for my thesis write up.
