...the genetics reduces to the same stuff as the TD E/I minimization
dynamics... what's described by the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics (WDB2T),
which I addressed in general terms in my reply to your #2...

...but where the neural dynamics are comprised of excitatory and
inhibitory events which "flow" toward minimal TD E/I, and hence,
=increased= order... the genetic dynamics reduce to the minimization
of energy dissonance... the genetics maps an energy "state" having
relatively-high order... the minimal energy dissonance due to 
genetics is analogous to the minimal randomness of a TD E/I-mini-
mized nerual activation "state"...

...RNA synthesis also follows the "same" minimal-energy-dissonance
path... as does all chemistry... there exist no "reversible" 
reactions... all reactions exhibit the one-way flow of ordered
"states" to less-ordered "states" that is WDB2T... ken
