Researchers and Clinicians,
A family member is suffering from a constant, very loud, pulsating
noise in her head. Following some sort of tracer injection in the
groin, the doctor concluded that certain veins about 1 1/2 inches
behind the ear were closing in on each other, and therefore blood
flow was altered, causing this pulsating sound. An operation and
subsequent medication (I don't know the details) have not helped.
Please, if anyone is familiar with this condition and has ANY
information about improving its symptoms contact the email address
below. Also, if there is a more appropriate newsgroups for this
problem, include that information also.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you. Michelle
