4-AP and spinal cord injuries

I'm looking for information on studies being conducted using
4-Aminopyridine (4-ap) on the spinal injured.

Specifically: where are the tests being conducted; how conducted; how
administered (IV, pill, etc); results and findings.

Any info at all would be greatly appreciated,
